We're delighted you are here and hope you will continue the registration process. We are a non-profit social network, built especially for civic action.

We do not violate your privacy by selling your data to advertisers, marketers or shadowy political operatives. We are small -but with your help -growing fast and have some important plans for the future. We hope you will be patient with us as we add new features and functionality as quickly as we can -and work to improve what we have already built.

Our amazing volunteers gather actions from organizations working to protect voting rights, women's rights, LGBTQ rights, worker's rights, civil rights and animal welfare. Groups working to address healthcare, gun violence prevention, campaign finance reform, gerrymandering and corruption. Race and gender equity, immigrant rights, environmental protection and a transformation to clean, renewable energy. A growing and fair economy, world-class public education (including early childhood and affordable higher education) and our earned benefits (Social Security and Medicare). Groups working on global peace and cooperation, alleviating poverty and addressing wealth and income inequality which threaten our aspirations of American democracy. We are hate-free and believe in the Emma Lazarus poem inscribed at the base of the Statue of Liberty.

Our actions are related to civic engagement, economic engagement and civic education.

Our video explains a bit about our background and the founding of civ.works.
